Adding Systems on Top of Page of Existing Score

Postby panos on Wed Mar 10, 2010 1:43 am

Trying to find a way to add systems to the top of a page instead of the bottom. I have a score written out and wish to add two systems on top of the page for an introduction. I would rather not do a cut/past since it's pretty complex and I have 6 different files in different keys and arrangements as well as Encore and MTD files to update. Any suggestions?

Select measure 1 and then add the desired number of new measures before measure 1 (select "before" in the dialog).

Then, if need be, set the number of measures in the various systems. (If you have added twice as many measures as were in the first system before the addition, this will probably work out without any adjustment.

Best regards,

Doug
